This role combines strategic thinking with hands on execution where you'll work closely with the founder in a highly iterative setup. You'll co build go-to-market strategy while making revenue decisions and actively closing deals, translating market insights directly into scalable sales processes.

What you will do as a Founding Account Executive...
Co Build GTM Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategy from scratch working directly with the founder
Drive Revenue: Make revenue decisions while actively closing deals and building sustainable sales processes
Market Intelligence: Translate market insights directly into effective sales processes and customer acquisition strategies
Design Scalable Systems: Create systems that evolve from first customers to scalable revenue infrastructure (10x to 100x growth)
Own Commercial Decisions: Take ownership of commercial and customer decisions early and evolve them as the company scales
Strategic Sales Planning: Move fluidly between strategic planning, hands-on deal execution, and customer success activities
Build Revenue Infrastructure: Establish sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting systems, and customer feedback loops
Product Positioning: Shape customer feedback loops and product positioning based on direct market engagement
What we are looking for…
B2B Sales Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or HR tech environments
Proven Track Record: Consistent history of hitting/exceeding sales quotas with demonstrable results
Startup Experience: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and building processes from scratch
Consultative Selling: Listen-first approach with strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
Self-Starter Mentality: Thrive with minimal supervision and high ownership of outcomes
Full-Cycle Ownership: Ability to own entire sales cycle independently from prospecting through closing
