Our client is a newly formed group uniting leading HR-Tech brands with powerful document management, workflow, and digital workplace solutions. With over 400 employees, approximately €50M revenue, and more than 5,000 customers, they combine established market presence with startup agility and growth potential.
This role offers genuine ownership in a newly forming environment with flat hierarchies, high trust, clear responsibility, and the ambition to think about technology consistently from a human perspective. You'll have significant creative freedom to help build something new from the ground up while driving new business acquisition.
What you will do as an Account Executive - HR Tech SaaS...
Active New Customer Acquisition: Drive B2B new business from first contact to closing with focus on hunting and deal completion
Build Sales Pipeline: Develop and manage your own sales pipeline with outbound focus (approximately 70-80% of activities)
Decision-Maker Engagement: Approach relevant decision-makers (procurement, IT, HR, business units) via phone, email, and social selling
Solution Presentations: Conduct product and solution conversations around HR-Tech, ECM, workflow, and Digital Workplace portfolio
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Sales teams for pipeline development and campaign optimization
CRM Management: Maintain structured documentation and forecasting in Salesforce system
Process Excellence: Work within defined sales processes while contributing own ideas and best practices
What we are looking for…
B2B Software Sales Experience: Multiple years of experience in B2B software sales, hunting, closing, and HR-Tech environment
High Initiative & Persistence: Strong self-motivation, closing strength, and persistence in follow-up activities
Structured Work Style: Independent, organized working approach with clean CRM handling capabilities
Team Player Mindset: Collaborative attitude with enthusiasm for contributing to growing setup and strategic thinking
Language Skills: Excellent German and good English proficiency for DACH market engagement
Desirable (but not required):
Experience in scale-ups, growth phases, or transformation environments
