In this role, you will connect business systems, digital product platforms, and operational data into a centralized analytics environment that empowers smarter decisions across the organization.

You will play a key role in transforming complex ERP, CRM, and cloud data into structured, business-friendly insights that support sales, service, product management, finance, and leadership teams.

This position combines strong technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI with a deep understanding of business processes and data modeling best practices.

What you will do as a Data & Analytics Expert…

• Design and maintain a centralized analytics data layer using Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services

• Integrate and transform data from ERP (e.g., Microsoft Business Central), CRM, and operational systems

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business, product, and operational decision-making

• Develop structured semantic data models translating system data into clear business metrics

• Implement reliable ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud platforms and core systems

• Ensure consistent KPI definitions and strong data governance practices

• Support product analytics and usage insights from digital platforms

• Enable self-service BI capabilities for management and business teams

• Document data models, reporting logic, and metric definitions

What we are looking for…

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics engineering

• Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query M, data modeling, dashboard design)

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar cloud data platforms

• Strong SQL and advanced data modeling capabilities

• Experience integrating ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Salesforce)

• Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical solutions

• Solid understanding of business processes (sales, service, operations, finance)

• Experience designing semantic layers and business-friendly data structures

Desirable (but not required)

• Experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem

• Product analytics or telemetry data experience

• Event-driven or streaming data pipeline experience

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments

• Background in enabling self-service BI environments
