They're seeking someone to take their partner business in the DACH market to the next level through strategic partnership development and commercial excellence.
This role offers genuine ownership of the DACH market where you'll take commercial responsibility for the partner area, hunt for new partnerships, and nurture existing ones. You'll develop regional partner strategy, acquire new strategic partners, activate them systematically, and build sustainable revenue growth including expansion and retention while thinking in ARR, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
What you will do as a Channel Sales Manager - DACH
Build & Execute Partner Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive DACH partner strategy for market expansion
Partner Acquisition: Identify and acquire new partners including system integrators and consulting firms
Structured Enablement: Create systematic onboarding and enablement processes including sales and product coaching for partners
Co-Selling Excellence: Execute co-selling activities throughout the entire sales cycle with strategic partners
Account Management: Conduct account mapping and identify growth potentials within existing partner relationships
Performance Management: Lead deal reviews and business reviews while steering KPIs including leads, conversion rates, expansion, and ARR contribution
What we are looking for
Proven Experience: Multiple years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or B2B-SaaS sales
Sales Competency: Demonstrable sales skills with understanding of opportunity cycles and closing capabilities
Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture relationships while maintaining constant focus on revenue generation
Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset combined with hands-on mentality for tactical execution
DACH Market Experience: Experience in DACH technology environment with enterprise customers preferred
Data-Driven Approach: KPI and data-driven working methodology with performance orientation
Language Skills: At least fluent German and English proficiency
Desirable (but not required):
Experience with Data Analytics or Data Science - if not available, knowledge will be provided during onboarding.
